What make Scentsy a great fundraiser?
·         Scentsy Wickless products are the safest way to enjoy your favorite fragrances.  Compared  to retail candle stores and fundraisers, Scentsy is the most competitively priced for your customers today and tomorrow.  
 
Will I have to pay for supplies?
·         No, we will provide the supplies and sample scents for your school or group.
 
How soon can I start?
Fundraising catalogs,order forms, and sample scents can be shipped to you within a week.
 
Can our customers order over the internet?
 
·         Yes. It is easy marked for customers to know how to purchase for your event.
 
 
What other costs are there? Shipping? Sales Tax?
·         At this time, there are no costs to you other than for the products themselves and the local and state taxes if applicable. Unlike other companies we do not charge for shipping.
 
Do I have to pay for  more order forms or fundraising packets?
·         No. If you would like more order forms or fundraising packets you would simply contact your Scentsy consultant and request them.
 
How can our customers pay for their Scentsy Products?
·         What is helpful about our fundraisers is that we will allow them to pay by cash,credit card, or a check (written to the school or group and then one large one written to us).
 
How long will it take for our order to come in?
·         3 to 4 weeks from the time orders are entered into the Scentsy workstation.
 
What is the best time to have a Scentsy fundraiser?
·         Fundraisers are best held during the Fall and Spring.
 ***Though they are most profitable during Fall and Spring we will do them year round***
 
Is there a set length of time we can sell for?
·         2 weeks unless cleared ahead of time.
 
Will Scentsy allow other groups in our area to have a fundraiser at the same time?
·         Unfortunately we can not prevent other groups from selling in your area during the time frame you are selling but please keep this in mind, 80% of households today have candles in their home. That is 8 out 10 people you will talk to. There are plenty of people to go around.
 
What types of groups can fundraise with Scentsy?
·         Scentsy does not have a requirement to be able to fundraise with our company. You do not need to be non profit. You do not have to be a large group either
 
Can my group fundraise during both peak seasons?
·         Absolutely! Due to the fact we have unique Scents for the different seasons you will find it very profitable to run two fundraisers a year with us.
 
Will I receive any help before, during, or after the fundraiser?
·         We provide you with information the best dates to choose
·         A sheet with Directions on how to complete the fundraiser for each member of the group
·         A sheet that helps each person think of 100 people to sell to first
·          E-mail notification of orders shipped, when you should receive it and a tracking number
·         One on one contact, no need to call customer service let your consultant be your helper not just your cordinator
 
When will we receive the profit?
·         Profit is paid no later than the 15th of the following month. Ex. A fundraiser closes on 10/28/2009, on 11/15/2009 you will have your payout.
 
How do I handle late orders?
·         Late orders will be excepted up to 1 week from the close of the fundraiser. If the total is less than $150 before tax there will be a small fee of 10% for shipping. 
 
How do I handle missing or broken items?
·         Contact you sales consultant as soon as possible.
